I had a casting director (Toni Suttie) who had lined up some really good artists for me to choose. They have a very interesting way of doing this. You give them the characters, their age, and other specifications. In a few days she had a dozen persons for each character lined up. And she had auditioned all of them on tape. I had to just see the tape and select. They are called (talent) and have speaking and non-speaking parts. And they are really good because they go through a course of acting, make-up, poise and voice modulation. It was amazing. And all of them wanted their (sides). Then we had to fax the (sides) before they came to the location. They had memorised their lines and were ready to deliver.
